Downtime

We're currently experiencing some downtime. The large shared media array that holds all the files you upload inside your courses and e-Portfolios has a bad drive controller. All the information is there, but the server can't access it.
We've made arrangements for it to be replaced with a spare, but it may take an hour or so to get everything back online. In the meantime, we've taken the site down. While this isn't strictly necessary, any information uploaded during this problem would be lost.
We'll continue posting here as we have more information or updates.
Update - 8:38pm EST
The problem has been confirmed as a defective on-board RAID controller failure. The server has been swapped with a spare and our drives installed, everything is back online. We apologize for any inconvenience, if anyone has any questions, please feel free to contact us at support@digication.com.
