Jeffrey Yan is the Cofounder and CEO of Digication, where he leads the company's evolution in the new AI era, advancing open education tools through OpenAIR and continuing research on the Taxonomy of Reflective Inquiry (TORI) to deepen reflective learning in education. He also oversees Digication's sales and development teams, driving innovation and growth across the organization. A former undergraduate and graduate instructor at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), Yan was honored with RISD's prestigious Alumni Award in the Art of Education in 2006. He is a former Trustee and past President of the RISD Alumni Council. A regular speaker at conferences such as AAC&U, Campus Technology, and EDUCAUSE, Yan draws on his experience as an early pioneer in web technologies and next-generation education systems.

Kelly Driscoll, a former educator with a decade of teaching experience at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), is committed to deepening student learning, innovating assessment approaches and advancing an education-focused vision for AI rooted in reflection. She leads Digication's communications, community engagement, and strategic partnerships and contributes to the broader dialogue on teaching, learning, and assessment through initiatives like the Digication Scholars Conversations podcast, OpenAIR and TORI.

Heidi joined Digication in 2012. As COO, she oversees daily operations, finances, and ensures all aspects of the company align with Digication's goals. Known affectionately as 'the budget lady,' she also leads employee happiness initiatives and manages customer relationships. When not at work, Heidi enjoys biking with her foster children and exploring Minnesota's forests.
